We conduct a range of risk assessments before any care is provided. This is at no inconvenience to our clients, as these assessments are carried out effectively and efficiently by a trained member of staff during our initial visit. All our team are trained during their induction and on a regular basis on Health, Safety and Security, and we also offer a range of material to our clients.

We also provide help and assurance on any health, safety and security needs you may have. We will endeavour to help you with any situation that may arise using our experience and knowledge within the care industry.

Our company telephone number 01507 605849 is operated 24 hours a day 7 days a week in case of any emergencies or problems. However, between the hours of 5pm and 9am you will be diverted to an on-call senior member of our team and this is restricted for emergencies only. We have Carers on-call, in case your usual Carer cannot reach you for whatever reason. We have everything covered.
